Description
This drug is a potent nonsteroidal anti-estrogen. It is intended for use in estrogen dependent tumors, i.e. breast cancer. Steroid users take Nolvadex to prevent the effects of estrogen in the body. This estrogen is most often the result of aromatizing affect of steroids. It can aid in preventing edema, gynecomastia, and female pattern fat distribution, all of which might occur when a man\'s estrogen levels are too high. Also these affects can occur when androgen levels are too low, making estrogen the predominant hormone. This can occur when endogenous androgens have been suppressed by the prolonged use of exogenous steroids in combination with cutting of these exogenous sources. Nolvadex works by competitively binding to target estrogen sites like the breast. This drug is not toxic nor have any side effects been seen in athletes who used the drug as an anti-estrogen. This drug is the most popular anti-estrogen among steroid users by far. Although this drug does not turn out to be 100% effective for everyone, it does seem to exhibit some level of effectiveness for all. Tamoxifen is an antiestrogen. It works by blocking the effect of estrogen on certain tumors. This may prevent the growth of tumors that are activated by estrogen.
Side Effects
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Bone pain; constipation; coughing; hot flashes; muscle pain; nausea; tiredness; vaginal discharge; weight loss. Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unexplained hoarseness); abnormal menstrual periods; abnormal vaginal bleeding or bloody discharge; chest pain; coughing up blood; dark urine; decreased sexual desire or ability; depression; fever, chills, or persistent sore throat; groin or pelvic pain or pressure; loss of appetite; loss of balance or coordination; missed menstrual period; new or increased breast tumor or pain; new or unusual lumps; one-sided weakness; pain or swelling in one or both legs; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; severe or persistent tiredness or weakness; shortness of breath; skin changes; stomach pain; sudden severe headache; swelling of the arms or the legs; unusual bleeding or bruising; vision or speech problems; yellowing of the eyes or skin. Description
Clomid (Clomid; generic name Clomiphene Citrate) from Serpafar is used for treating female infertility and forcertain conditions as determined by your doctor.
Clomid is a mixed estrogen agonistantagonist (activatorblocker) which, when bound to the estrogen receptor, puts it in a somewhat different conformation (shape) than does estradiol. The estrogen receptor requires binding of an estrogen or drug at its binding site and also the binding of any of several cofactors at different sites. Without the binding of the cofactor, the estrogen receptor is inactive. Different tissues use different cofactors. Some of these cofactors are able to bind to the estrogen receptorClomid complex, but others are blocked due to the change in shape. The result is that in some tissues Clomid acts as an antagonist - the cofactor used in that tissue cannot bind and so the receptor remains inactive - and in others Clomid acts as an agonist (activator), because the cofactors used in that tissue are able to bind. Side Effects
The following adverse events have been reported in fewer than 1% of patients in clinical trials: Acute abdomen, appetite increase, constipation, dermatitis or rash, depression, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, hair loss/dry hair, increased urinary frequency/volume, insomnia, light-headedness, nervous tension, vaginal dryness, vertigo, weight gain/loss. Patients on prolonged CLOMID therapy may show elevated serum levels of desmosterol. This is most likely due to a direct interference with cholesterol synthesis. However, the serum sterols in patients receiving the recommended dose of CLOMID are not significantly altered. Ovarian cancer has been infrequently reported in patients who have received fertility drugs. Infertility is a primary risk factor for ovarian cancer; however, epidemiology data suggest that prolonged use of clomiphene may increase the risk of a borderline or invasive ovarian tumor.

Description
HCG, or Human chorionic gonadotropin , which is derived from the urine of pregnant women, is an injectable drug available commercially in the United States as well as many other countries. Pregnyl, made by Organon, and Profasi, made by Serono, are FDA approved for the treatment of undescended testicles in very young boys, hypogonadism (underproduction of testosterone) and as a fertility drug used to aid in inducing ovulation in women. Among athletes, HCG is used to stimulate natural testosterone production during or after a steroid cycle which has caused natural levels to be reduced. Stopping a steroid cycle abruptly, especially when endogenous androgens are absent, can cause a rapid loss in the athlete\'s newly acquired muscle. When HCG is used to stimulate natural production, a notably pronounced crash may be avoided. Although fakes are not very common, they do exist and should be avoided. More than one athlete has reported unpleasant side effects (fever, aches) due to an un-sterile fake so take caution. HCG is always packaged in 2 different vials,one with a powder and the other with a sterile solvent. These vials need to be mixed before injecting, and refrigerated should any be left for later use.
Side Effects
Pregnyl may be associated with both minor as well as serious, life-threatening side effects and other potential risks. The following are some, but not all, of the potential side effects/concerns that you should discuss with your doctor before beginning treatment.
An injection of Pregnyl can cause pain at the injection site, as well as headache, irritability, restlessness, depression, fatigue, and swelling due to retention of fluid. A concern with fertility drugs is the risk of multiple pregnancies. About 80% of pregnancies, following fertility drug treatments with products like Pregnyl result in single births. In instances of multiple pregnancies, the majority are twins. However, three or more babies may be conceived. Your physician should discuss the risk of multiple births with you before you begin your treatments. Be sure to discuss with your doctor side effects and any other concerns associated with your treatment prior to beginning therapy. For athletes it may be of interest that the prolonged use of HCG could repress the body's own production of gonadotropins permanently, why short cycles are recommended. Side effects from HCG use include gynecomastia, water retention, increased sex drive, mood alterations, headaches and high blood pressure. HCG raises androgen levels in males by up to 400% but it also raises estrogen levels dramatically which can cause a real case of gynecomastia if dosages get too elevated. Another side effect seen from HCG use is morning sickness (nausea and vomiting). Dose
