HCG, or Human chorionic gonadotropin , which is derived from the urine of pregnant women, is an injectable drug available commercially in the United States as well as many other countries. Pregnyl, made by Organon, and Profasi, made by Serono, are FDA approved for the treatment of undescended testicles in very young boys, hypogonadism (underproduction of testosterone) and as a fertility drug used to aid in inducing ovulation in women. Among athletes, HCG is used to stimulate natural testosterone production during or after a steroid cycle which has caused natural levels to be reduced. Stopping a steroid cycle abruptly, especially when endogenous androgens are absent, can cause a rapid loss in the athlete\'s newly acquired muscle. When HCG is used to stimulate natural production, a notably pronounced crash may be avoided. Although fakes are not very common, they do exist and should be avoided. More than one athlete has reported unpleasant side effects (fever, aches) due to an un-sterile fake so take caution. HCG is always packaged in 2 different vials,one with a powder and the other with a sterile solvent. These vials need to be mixed before injecting, and refrigerated should any be left for later use.

Pregnyl may be associated with both minor as well as serious, life-threatening side effects and other potential risks. The following are some, but not all, of the potential side effects/concerns that you should discuss with your doctor before beginning treatment.
An injection of Pregnyl can cause pain at the injection site, as well as headache, irritability, restlessness, depression, fatigue, and swelling due to retention of fluid.
A concern with fertility drugs is the risk of multiple pregnancies. About 80% of pregnancies, following fertility drug treatments with products like Pregnyl result in single births. In instances of multiple pregnancies, the majority are twins. However, three or more babies may be conceived. Your physician should discuss the risk of multiple births with you before you begin your treatments.
Be sure to discuss with your doctor side effects and any other concerns associated with your treatment prior to beginning therapy.
For athletes it may be of interest that the prolonged use of HCG could repress the body's own production of gonadotropins permanently, why short cycles are recommended.
Side effects from HCG use include gynecomastia, water retention, increased sex drive, mood alterations, headaches and high blood pressure.
HCG raises androgen levels in males by up to 400% but it also raises estrogen levels dramatically which can cause a real case of gynecomastia if dosages get too elevated.
Another side effect seen from HCG use is morning sickness (nausea and vomiting).

Tell your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible if you do not feel well while you are taking Proviron.

Tell your doctor if you notice any of the following:
* headache
* pain in liver area
* symptoms of an enlarged prostate such as changes in urination, or blood in the urine or ejaculate
* pain in lower back or abdomen
* pain in pelvic area
* loss of appetite
* unexplained weight loss
* depression
* aggression
* acne
* hirsutism


If frequent or persistent erections occur, the doctor may reduce the dose or discontinue treatment in order to avoid injury to the penis.

Other side effects not listed above may also occur in some patients. Tell your doctor if you notice anything else that is making you feel unwell.

Do not be alarmed by this list of possible side effects. You may not experience any of them.

Dianabol is a testosterone (or anabolic) steroid with a 17 alpha alkylated group attached. Dianabol is widely used for the cure of many problems. It is more or less the same as any other testosterone in its anabolic function, except one enhanced feature is that it is a class I steroid and it acts through the liver. This is only because of the presence of the 17-alpha group attached to it – this makes it possible to pass through liver without damaging it permanently.

It has also been recorded that in cases of osteoporosis, it is very effective with dosages of 5mg per day for 9 months. It is better than any calcium supplementation, as it not only aids calcium regulation but also helps muscles to bind with bone to give complete strength. It not only regulates calcium but also potassium in the body, which in turn is very useful for nerve induction and muscle health. One very interesting fact recently observed in laryngeal cancer patients is that Dianabol increases the sensitivity of laryngeals cells to radioactivity, which makes it a good drug to give these patients, to promote rapid results during radioactive therapy.

It has been found during research that high doses of Dianabol can cause many liver problems, for example hepatitis, jaundice, liver cancer and liver tumors. There are also many other side effects associated with high doses, and it is recommended to take low doses to avoid these health problems. Anti Estrogen drugs can also be added to this anabolic in order to avoid further estrogenic side effects. It is also reported that acne, hair growth, deepening of voice and many sex related problems also become worse with its use.

Acne; bitter or strange taste in mouth; change in sex drive; fatigue; gum or mouth irritation; gum pain; gum tenderness or swelling; hair loss; headache.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); breast growth or pain; change in the size or shape of the testicles; changes in menstrual periods; coughing fit; dark urine or light-colored bowel movements; depression or mood changes; dizziness; facial hair growth; gingivitis; interrupted breathing while sleeping; loss of appetite; nausea; painful or prolonged erection; shortness of breath; stomach pain; swelling of the ankles or legs; urination problems; voice changes or hoarseness; weight gain; yellowing of the skin or eyes.
